One of the greatest drawbacks our generation faces today is that of information glut. Not only are we ridden with a whole lot of information that we really do not need, but the fact that much of it unreliable. Individuals and organizations must ask themselves if the information they process on a daily basis is from a credible source. How much of it is backed by factual data and how much of it are mere estimates, assumptions or views of individuals. Can critical strategic decisions that impact the functioning of an organization be taken based on such information?
