The exploratory wing of Medallion is now branded under the name Knowledge Factory, and is aimed at initiating research backed decisions among the HR fraternity. Knowledge Factory believes that HR managers in organizations can take strategic human resources decisions, which make a real and measurable impact to business, only when they have access to scientific investigations and interpreted study reports relating to their domains.
The Knowledge Factory would produce a series of
- Research Studies to measure and study high impact Human Resource functions
- Panel discussions on industry trends in HR
- Opinion Surveys on issues and their bearing on HR decision making
- White papers presented at various forums
The programs of the Knowledge Factory would be run by a consortium, consisting of three stakeholders who would collaborate in a meaningful exercise to bring to the fore, practical and lasting solutions to issues afflicting the industry
- Medallion Search, which would bring in the expertise of having conducted HR research studies as well as in understanding Human Resources function and its impact on organizations across industries.
- Corporate HR, would be empanelled as sponsors and participants to provide reliable and accurate data which will form the backbone of any research study.
- Management students, with their fresh thinking, who are eager to learn and restless to make an impact on the industry.
